What We Do

LDN Global is a growing, international network of leaders who lead intentionally and developmentally. What are we about?

We are about shaping a different kind of leader...the trusted leader...who is a giver not a taker...who seeks to serve others rather than use others.  A leader of competence and confidence along with character and capacity.  We are not about leadership development.  We are about leader development.  Our aim is the leader. 

We are fond of saying, “We help busy and overwhelmed leaders by creating a framework for the practice of leadership to enable them to take the mystery out of leading, grow in their capacity and competence, and become leaders others want to follow.”

And we’ve been helping leaders all over the world. Working with well over 5000 leaders from over 90 countries around the globe in the past fifteen years.  That’s a lot of leaders in a lot of countries, and we’ve learned a lot through this adventure. 

There are three dimensions of leadership that are involved in leading a business, a company, a ministry, or an organization.  Organizational leadership deals with creating and sustaining the relevance and impact of your organization.  Operational leadership focuses on creating the efficiencies of your organization.  People leadership is about bringing out the best in your people.  The context for all we do is people leadership.
